Microcontroller based User Interface and DMX Transceiver

This project is for a microcontroller and touch screen user interface that can handle commands coming in from a local user interface or the DMX512 standard or a remote control and translate them to run PWM dimmers (up to 4 channels ) and bank switching controls (the dimmers and bank switching are other projects).

This is only PCB design and prototyping, we will design and manufacture any chassis or housings for these items. The micro controller should be firmware up-datable by USB port on the device. It will have a flash memory for storage of constants that must be kept when the unit is powered off read more
