We wanna get and Order Management System which will be able to:

  • manage all orders and customers in one environment
  • track communication with customers
  • track communication between different divisions inside of the company regarding the order
  • provide us with basic vm analytic

Generally we wanna get great system where we gonna manage all our customer service related processes, but we want to start with mandatory things and to add another modules/functions after that.
