Ecommerce Store With Quickbooks API

We require a PHP developer who has worked with quickbooks API’s and is able to produce an online e-commerce front which will allow for:

Ability to update products and prices in Quickbooks and have the store automatically updated
Products can be sorted in Quickbooks (i.e. into categories) and then the online shop will show those products in the same menu links or category links
Price categories will be created in Quickbooks (depending on the the amount of income generated by users), users will then be placed in one of these categories. Hence, when the user is logged in he will see the prices depending on which category of users he falls in to. Users will be placed in to categories manually. read more

We have a website Joomla 1. 5.22/ virtuemart 1.1.6 which is selling printed graphics, posters. We would like to develop a custom virtuemart product page which includes an instant quote area and graphic file upload area for each product.

We need the client to be able to input the width(in mm), height(in mm), and quantity of their graphic. They are then able to click on an “instant quote” button which will calculate the total cost from the product’s price per square meter in the administrator of virtuemart. I have begun a business where I design and create baby items and diaper cakes. I began the business in an effort to help finance the adoption of my son and daughter-in-laws baby from Africa. This business will then eventually sponsor other families adopting orphans in Africa. To begin 50% of all profit will go towards the adoption of children in Africa. As the business grows I would like 100% of the profit to go towards these adoptions.

I need a custom design that reflects this purpose throughout the homepage and templates etc. I have created a logo design that I believe reflects this, but need it fine tuned and implemented into the site, and I have an idea as to some of how I would like the webpage to look and work.
