We’re looking for a solution provider that can develop a simple workflow e-learning platform with a robust and scalable backend panel. This e-learning platform will be used to train different clients and each department will have different tests with different questions. The administrator of the platform should be able to create new divisions/departments and create sections for those divisions/departments with their own questions.
The administrators should also be able to create sub-administrators or managers that will manage each division and have access to the information of the users registered in each divisions/departments as well as being able to modify the questions, modules, content in general and any setting for their own divisions/departments.
