I am seeking an app that is also compatible with ITouch 2.0 as well as 3.1. As this project require data importing from the device, network or the web via a url such as dropbox, I believe that I require sql_light rather than Apple CORE data for it to work on the ITouch 2.0, but I hope you can advice me on this.

The APP is Sales Quoting tool that the user can add as many options (boxes) on the quote as they like. the data (which can be text, numbers, links, formulas, pictures) can be manually imputed, read from a file (CSV, excel, XML? not sure which is best), a network location or web via a url such dropbox or company server, the app calculates prices.

I do have a more complete brief with several screen grabs of layout and data flowcharts, which I will forward when the NDA is returned.

A simple example of this application would be calculation of VAT @ 17.5%

Box A = Input Value
Box B = A*0.175 (this formula can be entered in the app settings, imported)
Box C = A+B

would give the result as:

Box A = 10 (entered value)
Box B = 1.75 (calculated value)
Box C = 11.75 (calculated value)

The formula box can contain =+-*/()if
the App must be able to calculate using these values, although you are not required to write any formulas.

The app from any boxes must be able to intergate external data (via network, device or web) and import values if the user desires.

When calculated the user can export the desired information for invoice as pdf to be sent by email or print. Only one template of an invoice is required. The user can also place data at specific points on a document for printing on to a pre printed paper. read more
