We are looking to develop our content management system, the CMS system should include the following:

- Latest tweets supported in sidebar
- News can be easily called into header / footer / website content, a simple copy and paste would be needed.
- Easily format blog content on front end with clearly labelled PHP and HTML code.
- Social networking, share items on twitter, facebook, digg etc.
- Comment on news
- Subscribe to news RSS feed
- Archive News
- Blog/ folder extension for SEO
- Self optimising system, add different meta tags to individual pages.
- Add images / video to the blog
- Attach files for download (pdf, Word doc, zip files etc)
- Users can post comments / signup to the blog
- RSS feed of blog available
- Comment moderation
