This application involves a document scanner and a web application. A standard document with checkboxes will be scanned into the scanner and a PDF image will be put in a MySQL database along with some data fields.

The scanned image with some of the checkboxes marked will be compared against a blank copy of the same document with no checkboxes filled in. Based upon the checkmarks identified, a field in the database will be turned on. We need an Internship social network that will help students and employers to find each other, I thought about two types of profiles (one for students and another for employers). Student can apply for internship on the employer’s profile and employer can offer internship to student on his profile.

Student can find employer through database of categories, each category contains many employers. During registration, employer chooses the category where he offers internships (he can choose as many categories as he wants). We require a PHP developer who has worked with quickbooks API’s and is able to produce an online e-commerce front which will allow for:

Ability to update products and prices in Quickbooks and have the store automatically updated
Products can be sorted in Quickbooks (i.e. into categories) and then the online shop will show those products in the same menu links or category links
Price categories will be created in Quickbooks (depending on the the amount of income generated by users), users will then be placed in one of these categories.
