We are looking for a app developer to create a location based IPhone / Android app with a web interface for management. Here is the requirements list:
1. Web interface will allow me to create a “tour” and each “tour” will have multiple longitude / latitude points associated with it.
2. Web interface will allow me to create multiple “tours”
3. Web interface will allow me to index longitude / latitude points on a map within each “tour”.

We are looking for someone to build us a template so we can create a standalone iPad App to present magazines or other documents much the same as a web page, but formatted specifically for the iPad. We do not wish to use Adobe Digital Publishing or Woodwing or iBook.
We want to start with a simple project – reproducing a financial business guide We designed in print for the iPad. This involves only layout of text and some designed graphics, and basic interactivity for navigation. However the framework should eventually be able to include video, audio, and complex interactivity such as a web site or game.
